SquareGlow Return & Warranty Policy

At SquareGlow, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help under the terms below.

Return Policy - 15 Days

We accept returns for eligible products within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be returned with all original packaging, parts, and accessories included.
• Products must be in like-new, resale condition to qualify for a standard return.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns.
• The restocking fee does not apply if SquareGlow shipped the wrong item or confirms the product was defective upon arrival.
• Products that show signs of use, wear, missing packaging, or missing accessories may be subject to additional deductions of up to 50% from the refund, depending on condition.
• Products that are damaged, altered, heavily used, unsanitary, or missing major parts may be denied for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items are not returnable or refundable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@squareglow.com or call (317) 550-5280 within 15 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
  2. Our team will provide troubleshooting assistance and determine whether your product qualifies for an exchange, replacement, or approved return.
  3. If approved, securely package the product and include proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed by SquareGlow, unless the return is due to a SquareGlow error or a confirmed defective item.
  4. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund, minus any applicable restocking fee or condition-based deduction, to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a SquareGlow error or a confirmed defective item.

Warranty - 1 Year

We believe in quality and durability. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue. SquareGlow may provide troubleshooting assistance, repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.

Exchanges

If your product arrives defective or becomes faulty within the warranty period due to a covered defect, we’ll arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.

For non-defective exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
