SquareGlow Return & Warranty Policy

At SquareGlow, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help under the terms below.

Return Policy (30 Days)
We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be in like‑new, resale condition with all original packaging and accessories.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to approved refunds.
• Products that are used, damaged or altered may be deemed non‑refundable.

Non‑Returnable Items
Clearance, promotional or final-sale items are not returnable or refundable.

Return Process
1. Contact our support team at support@squareglow.com or call (317) 550‑5280 within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
2. Our team will provide troubleshooting assistance and determine if your product requires an exchange.
3. If approved, securely package the product and include proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund (minus any restocking fee) to your original payment method. Please allow 7‑10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Warranty (1 Year)
We believe in quality and durability—that’s why we offer a 1‑year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order details. We may provide a replacement or repair at our discretion.

Exchanges
If your product arrives defective or becomes faulty within the warranty period, we’ll arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.
