How SquareGlow Works 

  • What exactly do SquareGlow products do? 
    • SquareGlow product line and accessories notify you of triggered SquareGlow accessories by wireless flashing lights/alerts with vibrations or customizable colors. 
  • How do SquareGlow Flashers get triggered without the internet or wifi? 
    • SquareGlow Flashers communicate with 433 mhz radio frequency. This is a stand-alone power radio signal that establishes a secure link between your SquareGlow Flashers and all SquareGlow Accessories. 
  • What is The Range of SquareGlow? 
    • While SquareGlow’s range is up to 200m (600 ft).,  this is only under ideal conditions (i.e. open spaces). Around a home or office, the range might be less, depending on construction materials, and objects in the room or building. We made it 200m so it would give you plenty of wireless access.
  • How long will the battery last? How do I replace it? 
    • The battery should last 3-6 months, depending on use. When it's time to replace it, you will be notified through low emitting light on the flasher or light indicator of low battery on accessories telling you it’s time for a fresh battery, available at many pharmacies or ONLINE 
  • Is there another power option than batteries? 
    • Yes, you can use micro USB to power it. Micro USB is widely available almost everywhere or buy HERE

      • Why customers have to wait for a call-back?
        • We provide the phone support on a scheduled basis to be able to provide the same level of assistance as in emails and chats.

  • Is SquareGlow Vibration Safe to Always Keep on My Body? 
    • Absolutely. SquareGlow uses a low energy battery which transmits at a fraction of the power of a cell phone. 
  • Make SquareGlow Yours 
    • SquareGlow is flexible. You can make changes anytime you want. So feel free to add in or take out accessories you own or change flashing colors. You can always change your mind later or as circumstances warrant. 
  • Get to Know Your SquareGlow 
    • Unless you want to limit your notifications immediately, we recommend that you start with all notifications going through to the SquareGlow. That is, don’t start with connecting to all accessories right away. Work your way through the memories and get to know what SquareGlow can do. Figure out your needs and then customize SquareGlow’s notifications.
  • Are there video tutorials? 
    • Yes! We are still working on it - we will let you know when it becomes available
  • Will future SquareGlow products be compatible? 
    • Yes! All; present and future SquareGlow products will be compatible. It will be one of our ways to help you save your money in the long run and make us your one-stop place!

Shipping 

  • How much is shipping? 
    • Free ground shipping for the United States. 
  • Will there ever be free shipping for international? 
    • Yes! We are working on this now. We will keep you posted. In the meanwhile, thank you for your support! 
  • How soon can I expect my products to ship? 
    • We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order. We will use reasonable endeavors to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within 5-7 working days of the date of our order confirmation.  There are some instances that shipping and delivery make take longer time due to unexpected reasons such as customs clearances.
  • Will I get a shipping confirmation?
    • You will receive the shipping confirmation with the tracking number shortly after it is submitted. The email provides your tracking number. If you have not received this shipping confirmation or deleted this email, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the information. 
  • What should I do if I have not received or accidentally deleted the shipping confirmation? 
    • Please contact us and we will be happy to provide or resend you the email with the information. 
  • Do you ship your product outside the USA? 
    • Yes! We ship anything under 15 lbs worldwide for a flat rate of $50.00 
  • On the worst, what could I expect on international shipping? 
    • Delay in delivery, In some cases there are holidays affect or some situations such as customs clearances these can significantly delay your delivery due 

Refund Policy

  • In short, what is your highlight refund policy? 
    • All returned items must be returned new, in resale condition to qualify our 30 days refund policy. 
    • If the Customer received the product and asked for a refund within 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. 100% refund if not received.
    • In our term and condition, you agreed to: 
      • You agree to put your purchase in good faith
      • You agree to not to abuse our refund policy or any of our clauses 
      • You hereby agree not to go to the bank or any third party for a refund after 30 days. 
      • You agree to notify your bank to abide with these terms

  • Will you cover shipping costs for exchanges, too? 
    • No, we wish we could! To help us keep the cost under control, we will require customers to cover the cost of shipping for all exchanges. 
  • Do you offer a warranty? 
    • Yes! All products come with one-year warranty. 
  • Can I return products and expect a refund within 30 days without calling your customer service or representative? 
    • Unfortunately, no. We can not allow that. You will need to call us prior to proper procedures. 
  • Will I need to call your customer service before deciding if my product needs to be exchanged? 
    • Yes, absolutely - and this will be also a way/opportunity for us to give you more product training. Often there was a simple fix that doesn’t require any further such as an exchange. It will only gain you!
