How SquareGlow Works
What exactly do SquareGlow products do?
SquareGlow products use wireless flashing lights, vibrations, and customizable colors to alert you when connected accessories are triggered — such as doorbells, phone signalers, or motion sensors.
How do SquareGlow Flashers work without internet or Wi-Fi?
SquareGlow devices communicate using 433 MHz radio frequency, a private and secure signal that connects Flashers and accessories without needing Wi-Fi.
What is the range of SquareGlow devices?
Up to 200 meters (≈ 600 feet) in open spaces. Indoors, range may vary depending on walls, materials, and furniture placement.
Power & Battery
How long does the battery last, and how do I replace it?
Battery life averages 3–6 months, depending on usage.
When low, you’ll notice dim flashing or a low-battery indicator.
Replacement batteries are widely available at pharmacies or online.
Can I power my SquareGlow devices without batteries?
Yes. All devices can be powered via micro USB cable instead of batteries.
You can use any standard micro USB or purchase one directly from SquareGlow.

Yes. We offer international shipping for items under 15 lbs at a flat rate of $50.

What is your return policy?
Items must be returned in like-new, resale condition within 15 days of delivery.
A 20 % restocking fee applies to approved refunds.
Clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable.
