SquareGlow Return & Warranty Policy

At SquareGlow, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident about your purchase. 

If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help under the terms below.

Return Policy (15 Days)

We accept returns for eligible products within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Returned items must be in like-new condition, free of scratches, damage, or missing parts.

  • All approved refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Products that are used, damaged, or altered may be deemed non-refundable.

  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are fully responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.

  • SquareGlow does not provide prepaid return labels.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • SquareGlow is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@squareglow.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.

  3. If returning a gift, include the sender’s name and email address for verification.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided once your RMA is approved.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

  • Shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable.

  • If your item qualifies under warranty, warranty terms apply instead (see below).

Exchange Policy (30 Days)

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange Eligibility

  • The item must be in its original condition and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • Exchanges apply to defective or incorrect items only.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the defective item back unless otherwise approved by SquareGlow.


Exchange Process

  1. Contact support@squareglow.com or call 317-550-5280 to start an exchange request.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear explanation or photo of the issue.

  3. Upon approval, we’ll ship your replacement product promptly.


1-Year Limited Warranty

All SquareGlow products come with a 1-year limited warranty for the original retail purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Component malfunctions under normal operation

  • Product failing to meet specifications

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation

  • Damage from accidents, fire, flood, or natural disasters

  • Tampering, modification, or removal of the SquareGlow logo or label

  • Service or repair performed by unauthorized parties


Warranty Replacement Process

  1. Contact support@squareglow.com or call 317-550-5280 for a warranty claim.

  2. Our team will review your claim and may request photos or videos.

  3. If approved, a replacement unit will be shipped at no charge (freight prepaid).

  4. The defective unit must be returned within 10 business days of receiving the replacement.

A valid debit or credit card may be required to temporarily secure the replacement cost until the defective item is returned.

Returned items become property of SquareGlow. Replacement products may be new or refurbished, and they inherit the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.

Legal Disclaimer

This warranty is provided in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
SquareGlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or inability to use.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so these restrictions may not apply to you.
